We are continuing to investigate this issue with the help of our cellular service provider. While most devices have gone back to normal, others in specific regions might still experience an intermittent connection.

We've identified an intermittent cellular connectivity issue affecting specific regions. If you have noticed some delays in receiving reads from the CR-H2 cameras with your system, you're likely in one of regions affected. Rest assured that the reads are being stored on the CR-H2 camera and will be uploaded once the connectivity is fully restored. We're actively monitoring the issue and will provide you with an update very soon.
