Security Center SaaS cameras show offline but fully operational

We encountered an issue that temporarily impacted the status of cameras displayed in Security Center SaaS applications. Some cameras showed offline when they should be showing online; however, this did not affect live, playback and video recording functionalities.

The issue was identified and resolved by our engineering team, and full service was restored.
