A maintenance window for our SaaS cloud infrastructure is required to apply a critical security fix. This maintenance may cause some interruptions in your system.

Some Access Control functionalities may be affected during the maintenance window listed below. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Impacted System:
- Your Access Manager role(s) might go into a warning state momentarily.
- Access Control events might stop appearing momentarily in Security Desk's live monitoring. No events will be lost, they will just appear late in your Security Center system.
- Commands sent from Security Center to your Cloudlinks might not be executed, such as unlocking a door, triggering an output, etc.
- Synchronization of configuration changes (such as adding/removing/activating/deactivating cardholders) might fail momentarily. They will be synchronized to your Cloudlinks on the next synchronization attempt.

Please note that functionalities will not be affected during the entire 30min window, but only sporadically during that time. Door operations should also not be impacted in regards to cardholders being granted/denied. Finally, data integrity of your system is not affected.

Once the upgrade is completed, you can continue using the current Security Desk and Config Tool applications with your hosted system.
