Update

A network problem affecting specific world regions was identified. A mitigation to reroute traffic to healthy region was put in place. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Engineers are currently investigating an issue surrounding Genetec SSO login with Genetec Portal. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
